Great rate for long term parking.

They were great to get me back-and-forth to the airport but when I left Cuz I got there like at 3 o’clock in the morning. I had to pay eight dollars extra all I had was $100 bill when I got down the road and checked it she only gave me $52 Out of 100

Easy to reserve. Ease of mind with having parking taken care of. 3rd time i have used.

I parked near Philadelphia airport, and had a wonderful experience. The location was easy to find. The attendants were kind. The shuttle picked me up AT my car as soon as I arrived! When I returned home, I called to be picked up and someone answered immediately, told me where to wait, and gave me an estimated wait time. They arrived promptly. This was way better than using long term parking at the airport!

My 5-star rating is for Parkway Parking. I give 0-stars to the Las Vegas Hilton Garden Inn Airport.

I had a shuttle problem with the hotel where I parked. Over a three week period, the manager of the hotel did not respond to my phone messages to discuss the issue.

I decided to get Parkway Parkway involved. They resolved the issue within one business day.

Parked my truck there about a month ago and didn't check it before I left. Got home and found a scratch down the passenger side. Too late to let them know. Gave them another try since the price was good. Used my wife's car this time since it is smaller. Car was dirty when we checked it and didn't notice any marks. As soon as we washed it we found a place on the bumper where the paint was rubbed off. Never again. Make sure you check your car before leaving. Cheaper is not better!

The web site instructions do not match the equipment at the lot. The equipment at the lot is broken, had to call to get gate opened. The pick up van does not say Sundance parking it says skyharbor. Very confusing

The website was easy to use. I was very pleased last time with the service I received and happy to use them again.

We parked our car here for a couple of weeks and when we got back we went to go pick up our car and someone had jacked our car up and took our back tire off completely and stole it. Front desk employee wasn’t helpful and wasn’t concerned. They did not show us any video footage and said they are not responsible and sorry for your loss.
Horrible customer service. We will never park or stay with them again.

Got back at midnight - said they locked my keys in the car. Had to Uber to my home 1hr away (no they didn’t pay for it). Got back there the next day and they flat out lost my keys. Staff refused to take responsibility for anything, give their names, and were complete jerks. They claimed they had no manager. These events occurred the evening of May 9, 2023 and the shift on staff at 1p EST May 10 continued to behave unprofessionally and behaved as if it was my fault they lost my car keys.

horrible cancelation policy and no transparency in lot reviews.

I just cancelled my future reservation for parking. This company does not advertise that you have to leave your keys with them, so they can move your car around! That is not safe parking!
